EPCAS 2011 - Working Conference

On February 1 & 2, 2011 EPCAS is organizing the annual EPCAS Working Conference in MECC Maastricht (The Netherlands). On the 1st of February EPCAS will organize the 1st BeNeLux Party Caterers Congress, where international speakers and colleagues will address current topics which are interesting to the party catering industry as a whole. This first edition we will focus on the theme: 'Hospitality in Sports; The Champions League'.

On Monday evening, 31 January 2011, all Members and potential members are invited to the official Welcome Dinner at the Roman cellars in Hotel Derlon, Maastricht.

Wednesday the 2nd of February is particularly reserved for EPCAS matters and a few internal best practices. Together the Members share their latest trends, challenges and experiences and work on topics like the Facts & Figures and the Code of Conduct.
