At Your Service

At Your Service staff are helpful, articulate and highly presentable. All staff go through a two stage induction process. They are individually interviewed to ensure that they possess the right attitude and display initiative, courtesy and discretion.

They then undergo a comprehensive training program to ensure a good understanding of all aspects of event service. More experienced staff are then further developed with secondary waiting, bar and management training. The staff regularly work together as teams and have the ability to quickly adapt to new environments.

The offices provide complete administrative support, with a fully computerised backup and a constantly updated staff database. There is a 24hr emergency service with office staff available to react to any problems that may arise.

At Your Service coordinators are available for site meetings and advice on service style, equipment requirements, and staffing levels. Our event management service can run events from start to finish, liaising with all elements, and providing full front and back of house coordination.
