During the EPCAS Summer Meeting in Portugal, we had two special guests from the United States: Pauline Hoogmoed from Catersource Magazine, Conference & Tradeshow and Warren Dietel, Director of the International Caterers Association (ICA) and past winner of a CATIE Award with his company Puff ’n Stuff Catering & Events.

 

Pauline Hoogmoed gave a presentation at the Summer Meeting in which she mentioned that all EPCAS members are invited to join the Catersource Conference & Trade Show in 2012. Catersource Magazine, Conference & Trade Show is dedicated to the education and growth of the professional (American) caterer. Through their annual event, the Catersource Conference & Trade Show, they keep caterers connected with reliable news, information, products, services and networking opportunities relevant to the business. The results of the survey about the Summer Meeting, which were spread amongst all EPCAS members, that were present at the meeting in Portugal, showed that many of the members were interested in joining the Catersource & Trade Show: 18 of the attendants mentioned that they would like to join.

The conference will take place in Las Vegas, USA, from the 26th of February until the 29th in 2012.
