EPCAS Winter General Assembly

The EPCAS Winter General Assembly will be organized at the same time the European Catering Conference will take place. The EPCAS Winter General Assembly will be held from the 30th of January until the 1st of February 2012 in Maastricht, The Netherlands.

Monday the 30^th of January 2012 you will be welcomed at Restaurant FLO Maastricht, EDEN Design Hotel. The EPCAS secretariat is very proud to organize the General Winter Assembly at The Provincial Government Buildings on The Meuse, Tuesday the 31^st of January. Maastricht played a very important part in the existence of the European Union, since the members of the European Community signed the Treaty for the European Union in the Provincial Government Buildings on the Meuse in Maastricht in 1992.
After the General Winter Assembly, we welcome the invited guests of the European Catering Conference. The day moderator Arjan de Boer and keynote speaker, brand booster – innovation specialist – trend teller René Boender will inspire you with their storytelling capabilities and best practices.
In the afternoon you will visit the BBB Food and Hospitality Exhibition at MECC Maastricht, where a variety of workshops will take place. International professionals inside and outside the catering industry will talk about sharing knowledge, marketing, food, trends and management. In the evening an extensive dinner and VIP ClubMEP will be held.
A 'Walking the Brunch' tour within Maastricht will take place on Wednesday, 1^st of February in the morning, which will be organized by Food Inspiration Magazine. The trend tour will guide you past several Food and Hospitality concepts in Maastricht. After the exclusive trend tour you are welcome to visit the BBB Food and Hospitality Exhibition for lunch and an after drink.
