The European Party Caterer Association (EPCAS) hosted their annual Winter General Assembly in Las Vegas in 2013 together with Catersource Top Gun (the American equivalent of EPCAS).
The event was hosted in the Mirage Hotel by MGM Grand from the 8th of March until the 13th of March 2013.
